MINT / PRISTINE BEATLES SWAN S-4152-S MONO' SHE LOVES YOU' WITH ORIGINAL EX PICTURE SLEEVE AND ULTRA RARE SWAN RECORD MAILER! Here you have the opportunity to own this stunning Beatles Swan pressing'She Loves You', with it's gorgeous EX picture sleeve, with NO seam splits, NO rips/tears, NO writing, NO staple holes, NO stamped prices, NO stickers/glue residue. The Swan record mailer just recently unearthed.

The 45, sleeve and mailer were procured from the Walter Gates estate. MINT / PRISTINE SWAN'She Loves You' appears to have never had a needle on it or ever been on a turntable. It shows NO scratches, NO scuffs, NO marks of any kind that would show it was ever played or even handled after it's pressing!

The labels are the nicest I've ever seen, with NO writing, NO fading, NO stickers, NO rips/tears and NO marks of any kind. It was kept in Walter Gates possession and most likely went straight from pressing plant and right into his home, never to be touched again. When you hold this record in your hand, you will know it hasn't been played or handled for 59 years!

The EX/NM SWAN record mailer has never been discovered until now, and needless to say, has NEVER been offered for sale, until now. It has been stored for OVER 60 YEARS, and Stunning.

The flap is fully open, operational and totally functionally. Don't be fooled by similar, cheaper items on here, the records are scratched, the sleeves stapled, torn, ripped and prices stamped on them, and mailers that are ripped, with flaps that don't open. RCA Rockaway pressing with side'A' mastered by Reco-Art and side'B' mastered by Virtue Studios. The labels have thin font with DON'T DROP OUT in the top left corner (without quotation marks). This Swan S-4152-S variation contains GEORGE MARTIN CREDITS on the right side label under running time! She Love You in silver print on black Swan label in tall thin bold font WITHOUT quotation marks. Flip side I'll Get You in silver print on black label in tall thin bold font WITHOUT quotation marks.

Pressed by: RCA Records Pressing Plant, Rockaway NJ. Released early 1964 these RCA pressings were one of the first ever of the Swan Beatles singles to have DON'T DROP OUT printed on the upper left side of the label. The publisher's name was printed at the left side, with the running time printed at the right side of the label, with' Produced by George Martin' under the running time. Rare pressing with She Loves You with no quotation marks!! The 45s were pressed by RCA in Rockaway, New Jersey, can be identified by the tall thin letters used for the song titles and the group's name.

This thin title variation pressed without quotation marks. The trail off areas of these singles contain the following machine stamped markings : Side 1: RECO-ART PHILA. S-4152-S-1A C1 and Side 2: VIRTUE STUDIO S-4152-1-1B A5. The History of Swan Records. Swan records was founded in 1957 in Philadelphia Pa.

And remained in business for 10 years. Swan Records is probably best known for releasing The Beatles' "She Loves You" in the United States. The label was co-owned by Bernie Binnick and Tony Mammarella, and featured production talents such as Frank Slay and Bob Crewe, along with Walter Gates, but it was Binnick who secured the American rights to this song during a summer vacation in England. Oddly enough, in 1964 Swan also released the German language version "Sie Liebt Dich" in the United States, which failed to make a major impact. Swan Records original address was 1405 Locust St in Philadelphia in 1960.

Legendary icon Dick Clark helped them with promotions, with many of their artists, much before Beatlemania, but then the Payola scandal hit and Clarks involvement with the company had to be terminated. In 1962 Swan moved to 1703 Jackson Street. By 1963 they moved to their last offices, located at the northwest corner of 8th and Fitzwater Streets, in Philadelphia.
