Official Beatles Advertising Flyer? Shirts Hats No Shrink Card Wrapper Pin

Up for sale is this original unused 1960's Official Beatles Order Form. The order form was mailed to fans during the height of Beatlemania in 1964 advertising official Beatle wear that was available - hats, shirts and photos. The form measures 8.5"x 11" and is in VG+ condition with creases, wrinkles, folds and some slight yellowing from age (see photos).
