John Lennon original never seen before art with COA signed piece 1970

This is a book signed by John Lennon with original art inscribed to the person who received it. I bought it in 8/95 from the dealer who got it from the original owner, naturally I got it since my name too is David and a fan of the Beatles. This is signed in 1970 and enjoy the inscription, story goes that the individual who framed the art work for their child received this piece directly from Lennon. The books binding is damaged as you can see by the photos, this is a very cool and once in a lifetime chance to own an original piece, not the copies of lithographs that exists for 3k to 8k.

I had it get authenticated in May of 2010 since it is best to have pieces today authenticated and numbered. I have enclosed this too for your review.
