Gallotone champion vintage 50s acoustic guitar John Lennon Beatles Quarrymen

Same as John Lennons first guitar, but different finish (tobacco burst with white design in The top, instead of red burst). It was serviced and it actually plays and sounds pretty great. If the white paint gets removed, and some transparent red paint is applied, it would look exactly like Lennons guitar. Thats what I was planning to do, but it would be such a shame to modify it as it is all original (except the tuning pegs, which were replaced). Ir has signs of a previous repair, it seems like the top was separating in one section and then it was glued back.

The Union between the fretboard and the neck looks like its separating, but its actually solid. I think its just a cosmetic detail because of the quality and age of the guitar. It is a collectors item, but its also playable. The action is quite high though.
