Unique 3 1/2 x 5 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch thick, clear, UV protective, acrylic holder with colorful graphics with an actual swatch, of an actual swatch from a pair of black trousers/pants worn by John in 1967. Originally acquired in the early 80's directly from Gordon Millings whose father was the owner of Millings and Son tailor shop. This was the famous tailor shop used by the Beatles, many movie stars, and other important music figures.
The trousers have the original Millings and Son bevo label and the additional label with hand written notes with a John Lennon July 1967. After careful inspection and consideration it was determined that a small fragment of material (left by the tailor) could be removed without compromising the integrity of the trousers. The removal was done by a professional seamstress. I have several of these and each swatch of material is a little different, but all will be of equal size.
The display also contains four actual film frames that include two of John and Yoko in their bed-in Canada and two of John and Yoko in a street march. It will be the center of your John Lennon collection.
This display comes with a laminated COA card on the swatch and one for the film frames. You will also receive a small display stand and a blue velvet like zipper case to protect your display.
