A nice 5 inch by 8 inch by 1 inch, black shadowbox, with real glass, with large image of John Lennon with a handmade, wood, mini Lennon peace guitar and a 40mm silver color medallion showing John (with his guitar) and Yoko in bed at their "Bed-in" event. The main item is an actual swatch from a pair of black trousers/pants worn by John in 1967. Originally acquired in the early 80's directly from Gordon Millings whose father was the owner of Millings and Son tailor shop. This was the famous tailor shop used by the Beatles, many movie stars, and other important music figures.
The trousers have the original Millings and Son bevo label and the additional label with hand written notes with a John Lennon July 1967. After careful inspection and consideration it was determined that a small fragment of material (left by the tailor) could be removed without compromising the integrity of the trousers. The removal was done by a professional seamstress. We have several of these and each display swatch may vary a little in shape, but all will be of equal mass. A small, beautiful, and important display! It will be the center of your John Lennon collection. This display comes with a COA card on the swatch.
The display can be used on a table, shelf or wall (see photo of back). You will also receive a very limited First Day Cover. The First Day Cover art shows John and Yoko in bed at their "Bed-in" peace event. In addition you will receive a custom art, double-sided, white, John and Yoko "Bed-in" guitar pick (one mounted in display and one loose for your collection).
