JOHN LENNON OWNED AND WORN FABRIC SWATCH DISPLAY. Unique 3 1/2inch x 5 3/4 inch by 1 inch thick, clear, UV protective, acrylic holder with colorful psychedelic graphics of John next to a his Rolls Royce. The display also contains 4 actual color film frames of the Beatles performing the song "Revolution" and an actual swatch, of grey liner, from a pair of black trousers/pants worn by John in 1967. Originally acquired in the early 80's directly from Gordon Millings whose father was the owner of Millings & Son tailor shop. This was the famous tailor shop used by the Beatles, many movie stars, and other important music figures.
The trousers have the original Millings and Son bevo label and the additional label with handwritten notes with a John Lennon July 1967. After careful inspection and consideration it was determined that a small fragment of material (left by the tailor) could be removed without compromising the integrity of the trousers. The material was removed from the waist area. The removal was done by a professional seamstress. You will also receive a custom art, double-sided, guitar pick as shown.This display comes with a laminated COA card on the swatches and one for the film frames. You will also receive a velvet like zipper case to protect your display.
