Beatles John Lennon 1967 Worn Clothing Strawberry Field Film Display
JOHN LENNON OWNED AND WORN FABRIC SWATCH DISPLAY. WELCOME BEATLES JOHN LENNON FANS! Unique 3 1/2 inch x 5 3/4 inch by 1 inch thick, clear, UV protective, acrylic holder with colorful graphics of the video for the song "Strawberry Fields Forever" with an actual swatch, of grey liner, from a pair of black trousers/pants worn by John in 1967.
Originally acquired in the early 80's directly from Gordon Millings whose father was the owner of Millings & Son tailor shop. This was the famous tailor shop used by the Beatles, many movie stars, and other important music figures. The trousers have the original Millings and Son bevo label and the additional label with hand written notes with a John Lennon July 1967. After careful inspection and consideration it was determined that a small fragment of material (left by the tailor) could be removed without compromising the integrity of the trousers.
The material was removed from the waist area. The removal was done by a professional seamstress. The display also contains 2 actual film frames from a documentary showing the Beatles performing the song Strawberry Fields Forever.
It will be the center of your John Lennon collection. I only have this one display. This display comes with a laminated COA card on the swatch and one for the film frames.
