The BEATLES official EMI first issue year 2000 Very Rare DOUBLE PICTURE DISC set of vinyl LPs of THE BEATLES -1 (ONE). 27 total Beatles Number One hit records from US and UK combined.

Note: there is no UPC code on the back side of the cover which is unusual for Beatle albums issued after 1980. This double album is semi-Sealed, wrapped in plastic except the opening which allows the 2 Picture Discs to be removed. I bought it that way about 10 years ago. Mostly, this set was produced by George Martin, except the final song (by Phil Spector).

This album set is Semi-Sealed (meaning wrapped in plastic except the side opening). Its fully shiny, clean and probably unplayed. 27 Beatles 45 Single tracks that went to Number One, either in US or UK. All are Studio tracks and the original hit 45s. This was The Beatles and EMIs THIRD try at a Greatest Hits / Best of set!

REMEMBER THE red and Blue sets from the 70s, and 20 Greatest Hits from 80s! Each song still sounds so fresh, with Incredible energy from the boys as they attack your ears with superb melodies and harmonies! Hard to price this one, cant find others to compare it to, and the 2 Picture Discs are quite beautiful!! They came in clear plastic sleeves! See images, actual sale item.
